Privacy Statement

Effective date: June 15, 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how Beyond Brain Health, LLC, operating as Beyond Brain Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit beyondbrainhealth.com, take the Neurologic Stress & Recovery Index™ (NSRI™) assessment, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). Beyond Brain Health, LLC is one of several affiliated companies under common ownership (including Clean Living Basics); where these companies share information, they do so as described below. By using the Services, you agree to this Statement.

Important, this is not a HIPAA notice

Beyond Brain Health is a consumer education and wellness service. We are not acting as a HIPAA-covered entity when you use this website or the NSRI™ assessment, and the information you provide here is not protected health information under HIPAA. If you separately receive individual clinical services from a licensed provider, a different privacy notice may apply to that care.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details: name, email address, and any information you submit through our forms or newsletter sign-up.
  • Assessment responses: the answers you provide when taking the NSRI™ assessment, which include health-related information you choose to share. See Section 2.
  • Account information: if you create an account or use the client portal, your login and profile details.
  • Purchase information: orders and payment details, which are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send us and your communication preferences.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our providers may collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 4.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from analytics and advertising platforms, social networks, and our service providers, and combine it with information we already hold.

2. Sensitive and Consumer Health Information

The NSRI™ assessment asks about lifestyle and health-related factors. We use your responses to generate your assessment results and any report you request, to communicate with you about your results, and to improve the assessment. We process this information based on your consent, which you provide when you choose to take the assessment.

You may withdraw your consent at any time and request that we delete the health-related information you provided, subject to limited legal exceptions.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use geofencing around health-care facilities.

We do not share consumer health data with third parties, or with affiliated companies for their own independent purposes, without your consent.

Residents of Washington and Nevada have specific rights regarding consumer health data under state law; see Section 6 and contact us to exercise them.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including delivering your assessment results and reports.
  • Communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and send administrative messages.
  • Send marketing and educational communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • Process transactions and fulfill orders.
  • Analyze usage, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. This may include analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising/social pixels (such as the Meta pixel). These tools may collect information about your activity over time and across sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). You can also opt out of certain interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative.

5. How We Share Your Information

  • Service providers: vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, email and CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), scheduling and the client portal (e.g., PracticeBetter), lab ordering (e.g., WellProz), payment processing, and analytics.
  • Affiliated companies: our affiliated entities under common ownership (including Clean Living Basics) that help operate the Services.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent: when you direct us to share information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” and “sharing” broadly to include the use of advertising cookies and pixels for targeted advertising. To the extent our use of those technologies qualifies, you may opt out using the methods in Section 6.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of your information, and certain profiling; to limit the use of sensitive information; and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How to exercise: email [email protected] or use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing and limit use of sensitive personal information; we honor GPC.
  • Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and other state-privacy-law residents: rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling, with a right to appeal a denial.
  • Washington and Nevada (consumer health data): additional rights to access, withdraw consent for, and delete consumer health data; we will not sell it without your separate, valid authorization.
  • EU/UK/EEA (if applicable): rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Email and Text Communications

If you opt in, we may send marketing emails and, where you have separately consented, text messages. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and you can opt out of texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about your orders or account.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults (18 and older) and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not rely on the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield framework.

12. Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Changes to This Privacy Statement

We may update this Statement from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice.

14. Contact Us

Questions or requests: email [email protected] or write to Beyond Brain Health, LLC, 1312 17th Street, #832, Denver, CO 80202, US.
